Pros

There are good perks working for a bank and such a large company, a good amount of paid time off, opportunity to advance if you want to, but you have to be patient.

Cons

"Bank marts" obviously have extended hours, 7 days a week.. So if you just want 9-5 during the week it won't happen. Moving up can be a challenge and can take a while. Too much focus on sales goals, especially for just the tellers.

managment team was horrible and pushing customers to sign up for credit cards or pushing to open up another account was horrible

Pros

We had awesome customers. Some places have great team members and you get treated as a person-not a number. I actually loved working there for many years.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. Didn't you just close 100 branches & sell vacant lots that you were going to build on; because of less incoming traffic?
