Pros

I love the people I work with, and for the most part, our customers are wonderful too.

Cons

It is very hard to get and to keep customers. The products and rates are not always competitive and in some ways, the technology is behind our competition too. The sales pressure gets more and more each day.

Pros

Great benefits, lots of time off, and vacation time, great employee engagement environment with lots of cross-training opportunities

Cons

Too sales focused and comes off as overly pushy, forces us to turn ourselves into car salesmen as opposed to customer service reps. The sales goals are not exactly in line with the fact that we are pushing our foot-traffic out of the office with the digital services.
