Pros

Competitive starting salary, typical benefits for the area, very good employee culture.

Cons

Get use to your starting salary, without a promotion or change in job title, you are locked in. You receive next to nothing for annual raises. Average is 1%. They just reduced benefits. They pulled a shell game of increasing the 401K matching from 6% to 7% to distract from the fact they eliminated project sharing. They tried to sell it as better for the employees. A quick math exercise clearly shows the extra 1% match does not come close to the lost profit sharing contribution. They also reduced the "benefit dollars" contribution from 4% of your salary to 3%.

Cons

One day they love you the next day they are against you. Everyone is trying to cover there behinds and kiss each others in order to stay up float. basically everything is dummy proof. entering client information, setting up accounts. So basically they can replace you in a heartbeat. they dont care about you.
