Pros

Great company to gain work experience and exposure to industry as a whole.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth with little/no employee development. Compensation tends to trend well below median range for most positions. There are opportunities to supplement with incentives but these can be hard to achieve consistently without compromising yourself.

Pros

A paycheck. Close to current residence.

Cons

The sales goals are totally unrealistic. Upper management tries to sell you on the idea that you are helping the customer, the problem is, the only thing they are doing is helping their bottom line.
