Pros

Great products and services to sale, nice ESOP and 401k plans, competitive salary, reasonable sales goals with bonus plan.

Cons

can be very competitive to the point of being cut throat with some team mates, meetings for meeting sake.

Pros

The environment is pretty laid back and fun at times. They work well with scheduling when you have doctor appointments or have to get your children.

Cons

They constantly understaff bringing stress to everyone. Turnover is very high. Job titles and roles are consistently changing or being eliminated. I don't see enough diversity among upper management. Moving up from a CSR position is harder when you are lower on the diversity scale.
