Pros

Fifth Third fosters a collaborative work environment. If your manager includes you in team meetings. Mental health coverage is good. Which came in real handy for the crippling anxiety I developed after new management was brought in. Paternity Leave is offered. Though I was penalized for not completing a project on-time due to taking Paternity Leave. HR was helpful. Though did not intervene when management attempted to penalize me for taking Paternity Leave. I learned how not to treat people.

Cons

Expectations are routinely not effectively communicated or change mid-project. Management will not hesitate to make a subordinate look bad so they don't. Management lacks a modicum of ethics often with the direct support of HR.
