Pros

Fair salary and decent benefits.

Cons

Long hours compare to other financial institutions, managers expected to work 50 plus hours a week as you must work open to close every day. Regional managers don’t know how to speak to employees properly, and rarely acknowledge anyone other than the FCM during their visits. Many regionals don’t know how to do the very things they are asking if their employees, and are of little help when there are questions. Toxic environment of micromanaging all managers, even those who are top performers. Unrealistic goals, and overall just a soul sucking, life shortening, horrific place to work.
