Pros

Benefits are good but wish there were more options on the healthcare side to choose from. Stock options and 401K are competitive.

Cons

There is a lack of consistency in training from branch to branch. Things that should be standardized across the board are not.

Pros

If all you want to do is look at Cash and report payroll for structuring, be my guest.

Cons

There is zero opportunity for growth. The only thing management cares about is numbers. They will pigeonhole you in one alert type and not teach you any new skills unless you are a favorite. The pay is terrible and they do not hire experienced analysts.
