Pros

Competitive Benefits for those who have built a solid enough Financial foundation to be able to fully utilize them!

Cons

In the last year we have seen a high number of federal regulations change and as a result our entire comp structure has changed as well. Looking at year over year numbers all of us stand to lose a lot of money in the process. We are running on a revenue based model now but still have no idea of baselines and what the goals will be.
