Pros

Some of the best customers in the world to work with and the products are great!

Cons

Management only focuses on points and sales but not what the customer truly needs or having their best interest at heart. They also show no concern for their employees health or tragic family matters.

Pros

As far as management none.

Cons

The branch I worked in can’t keep staff. I was made to work 6 days a week sometimes without a half day. No work life balance. I hardly saw my children. The manager of one branch in Charlotte NC never says anything good about her employees. She would talk behind their backs. She blames them for everything even when she did it. She talks on her cell all day with family and friends.
