Pros

Startup culture with incredible substance. Authentic open communication with little bureaucracy. Radical transparency within compensation, raises, state of the business and much more. Expectations include being autonomous, self motivated and over-communicating to the team. Work from home days, 5 day a week meal plan, gym stipend, health benefits and stock options made them an easy choice for me to invest my best work here.

Cons

The health benefits could be improved, but still great options for health benefits. Super grateful for the health benefits.
