One of the best culture and team that you could ask for within a startup. Every employees truly cares about the product and their vision of making Figma better every day.

Cons

Figma is a high growth startup with endless potential. However, due to the fast nature of this growth and wearing many hats, the workload and long hours could be heavy.

Pros

- The company cares about the well-being of its employees: when questions/issues are brought up, leadership responds. Employees have a lot of resources - COVID days off, wellness budget, etc. - Awesome team! People are collaborative and always willing to teach. - A great product with a very enthusiastic community of users. - Many interesting technical challenges to work on.

Cons

- Sometimes it's hard to know what's going on across the company. The all-hands does a good job at addressing this, but even so, there is SO much going on!
