The people truly make Figma special. There are many smart individuals that you can learn from. The benefits are top tier.

Cons

Decisions are made very late, with continued rush to immediately announce or “do” after a decision. There’s a lack of strategy and ability for teams to work with intention given the thrash of priorities and decisions.
