Inspiring mission, fun and intelligent colleagues, amazing perks & benefits, safe space to ask questions and learn. There’s always something to do so you’ll never be bored!

Cons

If you’re in Europe, it may be difficult to overlap with your US colleagues. This means in some roles you may have to stay longer (but that means the start of your day can be flexible too). This will probably change as Figma EMEA grows. Extremely fast paced, sometimes it feels overwhelming to stay on top of the things. Lots of projects to be involved in may feel chaotic. If you’re not comfortable with change, it’ll be hard.
