Pros
-Unbelievably smart, kind and inspirational coworkers--I am going to know these people for the rest of my life - Product is literally changing the way that customers think about design and design systems -Company genuinely cares about employees and their well being -I do work that I feel like is really impactful every day...and I'm appreciated for it by my team -Weekly all hands meetings are well curated, interesting and very informative (and a chance for the team to all be together--and the meetings are genuinely engaging, even while fully remote)
Cons
-Hypergrowth means that nothing is ever on a plateau...it's always up and to the right. It's critical to be really aware of pacing oneself (which is also hard because the things we are doing/reaching for are genuinely exciting
