Figma is a great product, and everybody who works here feels really proud to be here representing such a great brand. Everybody (no matter what job function) seems to really care about the users, and making the product the best it can be. To add to that, the team in EMEA are so kind, humble and hard-working. Everybody gives their all to the job, and we are building a really lovely community together. I'm so happy I joined Figma - and I'm really excited about what the next few years hold.

Cons

We're currently in a hyper-growth stage so. naturally. things can get very busy. But honestly this is also one of my pros! Work is never boring and the weeks truly fly past!
