I've worked at a few fast-growing startups in SF, and Figma has been my favorite so far. The product is awesome. The customers are great. The business is growing fast in a healthy way and punching about its weight. There's a lot of greenfield opportunities for those who are comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and willing to figure things out.

Cons

The typical fast-growing small startup things. The management team is being built out. Processes are still being formed. Roles are not always perfectly defined (though I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing if you're interested in trying new things and wearing different hats). All in all, pretty standard startup growing pains, but a much better environment than other places I've been at.
