- Fantastic product with a huge following - Smart, friendly, interesting people - Company is doing well finically - Well compensated - Great perks

Cons

- The most mismanaged workplace I have a part of in the decade of experience - Last minute rushes are the norm, but unwilling to compromise on quality leading to high rates of burn out - The above leads to having to fill in for multiple jobs making the compensation not worth it for the amount of responsibility - Act likes and wants to be a big tech player, but has no idea how to get there or the resources for it
