      By far, the benefits and the people keep me at Figure. I really enjoy the culture and innovation in the industry as well.

      It's quick moving, so lines of communication struggle sometimes.

      Strong strategic direction. I feel like Figure is at the forefront of technology and fintech and we are doing lots of disruption

      Great people to work with and work on new projects.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression and no clear management. They hire external for jobs that should likely go to internal employees as promotions. Disincentives the teams’ moral eventually.
