Figure has some of the brightest and kindest people working here. Across the entire organization everyone is working hard and fast, yet want to be helpful to others. The company is super innovative and always striving to shake things up. Fully paid benefits is an unreal perk in todays world and the flexible time away allows you to take time off when you need to. Additionally the ability to be hybrid or fully remote in most cases is a huge perk.

Cons

This place can be fast paced and a little chaotic but if you are good with ambiguity and things changing frequently then you will be fine.

The eng team at figure is full of some of the brightest and most helpful people I've ever come across. Via slack you can talk to nearly anyone at the company, and everyone will be more than willing to help answer any of your questions. The work from home policy is also wonderful and allows for flexibility with your schedule

- No 401k match - Stock option refreshes are up in the air
