      There's a massive opportunity to be entrepreneurial and take ownership here. Teams are collaborative and fun to work with. Employees are always encouraged to ask questions, challenge ideas, and take time off as needed with Unlimited PTO - making for a great work / life balance! There's a collective passion and motivation at Figure, especially these days as the company vision evolves into a reality. I see this company growing fast and going far.
