      Pros

      I've worked at Filevine for almost a year and have had a very positive experience. My favorite aspect is working with my team. I've felt more and more appreciation from management and genuinely feel wanted here. That helps me put forth my best to helping the company grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes our clients have demands of how things should be that cannot always be reached according to their timeline or in the way they expect. Although the software is constantly improving and frequently has new features (many requested by our clients), some things take time. Helping clients understand this can be difficult.

      Pros

      Working at Filevine has afforded me opportunities that I don't think I ever could have had anywhere else. I've grown so much and had incredible mentors, despite the fact that it's a startup. I've watched the company go through growing pains– when I started there were 5 of us sitting in a basement working on personal computers. Now we're growing under great leadership with a talented team in a new office building and great perks. I really, really, enjoy the changes that have been made this year since bringing on senior level management. These guys are the real deal and this company feels strong and poised to grow gracefully.

      Cons

      I used to be concerned about decisions earlier on but with the leadership on all levels, I have to say that I'm not concern anymore. even if we have to make adjustments, I feel confident about who is steering the ship. I think the only con I can think of is that an open floor plan can be loud and busy, but I still like the excitement I feel when there are new demos set, new deals sold, and we all celebrate together.
