Pros
The product is far and away better than any of its competitors, and my coworkers are talented and hard working. It's a fast environment which I personally appreciate. If you're looking for somewhere to coast and earn a buck, this definitely isn't it. But if you're willing to learn and apply yourself, the sky is the limit for personal growth / career development. I love that about it. The company (and people in it) are always challenging themselves to do better than before.
Cons
Because it's a fast-paced environment sometimes the company has to catch up with its growth. Most of the emphasis seems to be on product development, customer success, and sales/marketing. Which is probably right for this stage of the company, but in the future will need more help from HR/Finance etc. Good problem to have.
