Leadership says one thing and does another. They promised “hybrid” schedules will never change in an all company meeting, then less than a month later they start requiring everyone in office. No one can articulate the company’s vision and mission. Goals seem to be darts at a dart board. They praise teams publicly then make administrative changes that say the exact opposite. A lot of the changes lately seem aimed at saving face after a major public announcement of a series d 108m funding and then having to lower targets and reduce headcount. It’s like there is more urgency to protect equity ownership at the top through quiet firing than the ensuring the collective good for all.
