      -There is room to grow and get promoted -Product is good

      Cons

      -Work environment is pretty toxic -Micro managed constantly.. you will be treated like a little kid -Over promise under deliver on a lot of things -You will often find yourself in conversation with coworkers discussing how much you do not like it there.

      People are great, just not execs

      Cons

      No one is hitting quota We don't get paid on deals we're closing because clients won't pay because they hate it Implementations is a nightmare and clients want a refund (clawbacks are coming) PIPs are widespread and based on favoritism not performance Everyone is quitting around me it is crumbling There is no work life balance No PTO around holidays or end of month Inbound leads are trash Did I mention you won't make any money?

      Thank you for your feedback. We’re beyond excited about the continued growth and expansion of our product suite and business. We made a change to our PTO policy in an effort to allow employees to take meaningful time away from work. The policy includes a number of company holidays around federal holidays. As an example, the company is looking forward to taking off the day before, day of, and day after Independence Day. -Filevine Talent Team
