The people here are very good at what they do. You will learn and grow tremendously as a professional and as a person. Great benefits and compensation is average for the valley. The product is truly the best in the space, and it is a relatively easy sale compared to other softwares I've sold.

Cons

You are expected to be at the office from 8-5 M-F. If that is not the kind of work you want to do, then this probably isn't the place you will want to be.
