      Pros

      The only pro here is that if you stick around long enough, you’ll know exactly what not to look for in a company. Admittedly, this information is invaluable.

      Cons

      Why do the words flip then flop come to mind? Maybe it’s that summer is upon us or maybe it’s how I’d describe Filevines approach to making decisions. Flippantly changing policies then flopping them on to employees with alarmingly little consideration. I haven’t felt this neglected since I was a child.

      Great colleagues that genuinely want to be friends with you.

      Cons

      Filevine is the epitome of empty promises. They constantly tell their SDR's that they will move on to AE positions but never follow through.
