      The founder of the company aka your boss is impossible to work with

      Relaxed place to work with nice co- workers, usually has food available

      Cons

      The founder of this company is too hands on and is singlehandedly bringing down the company. He will fire anyone at anytime at the drop of the hat with no reason. The company is continually hiring and firing. No job stability. Benefits are horrible and very expensive. $800 a month for a family of 3 and that’s not including dental. The founder/boss is the leader of the sales team but has horrible sales skills, he’s a lawyer not a sales guy. Only knows how to make promises to clients that are true and drastically lower the price in order to make a sale.

      Horrible leadership ryan the CEO does not know what he is doing and could care less about his employees. They will tell you one thing and then do the other. I've been told that my job was safe and secure many times and then they fire more that 10 people just because. Stay away there is no loyalty or ethical leadership

      Ryan the CEO is a very, very unstable person. All you need to know is that he is a Las Vegas personal injury lawyer... The only thing holding the company together was the VP of sales and he just quit because of the unethical things Ryan dose
