Been with the company for over a year. The owners and leadership are great and really want everyone to succeed in what they're doing. Although the company is young, and goes through the growing pains atypical of a startup, there is always a lot of excitement and teamwork going on. The departments work well together. Regular company meetings with supplied lunches and there's alway's snacks and drinks in the kitchen. It's awesome to be a part of something that is making a huge positive impact.
