      Pros

      100% remote work with a flexible environment. Amazing team of highly skilled developers who are always willing to help and collaborate. The company uses modern technologies, which makes the work interesting and keeps skills up to date. Very generous vacation and holiday schedule, including a winter shutdown. Strong company culture and leadership that truly believes in the mission and in its people. It’s also exciting to work for a company with consistently strong revenue growth quarter over quarter.

      Cons

      401(k) matching would be a nice addition. Would also be great to have more frequent in-person team meetups (currently once a year).
