      Nothing at all. This isn’t worth it

      Where to start…. Horrible environment where they hire and promote people who get on their knees, suck up, and suck at their job They over look true talent and only look after friends They allow for bad culture which means they allow bad habits on how they treat clients which is even worse No guidance for growth, opportunity or exposure for promotions unless you suck up

      Co workers can be cool.

      Everything you can possibly imagine is wrong with this place. The incentive structure, the leadership, the amount of change that has happened is absurd. I’ve been here over 1 year and am currently looking elsewhere. Do not by any means apply for a new logo role here at this company. Run as far away as possible as many current reps are. This place is on the down and mass layoffs are coming. Do not listen to anything they tell you during interviews. People hitting quota are at an all time low and so is morale.

      1 maybe 2 decent directors

      Product gets released before it’s ready. Contracts to clients are predatory and paired with almost no customer service which creates massive blowback on the AE. Tons of favoritism. The CEO literally thinks Filevine will change the course of history ( its tech sales bro and the AI isn’t even built on its on LLM). Routinely got to see top leadership publicly berate directors in front of the sales team and they get a little squirrelly on laying out commissions. “Atta boy” culture with very little incentives financial or otherwise to back it up.
