Good teammates. Parts of product are exciting.

Cons

Not a lot of focus on keeping current customers happy. Directors and VPs take over every single deal and most of the time loose them due to being too pushy and not having any relationship or rapport built up. Constant negativity from VP to director then director to sales teams. Morale is incredibly low at the moment.

Pros

The product is excellent and solves a real problem for customers. Compensation and benefits were ok. Plenty of opportunities to learn quickly and take on responsibility if you’re proactive. Huge shoutout to the HR Partner in the Chicago office they were incredible at keeping the office organized, creating a welcoming environment, and genuinely supporting the team. They were a big reason why the day-to-day experience was so positive!

Cons

Onboarding felt rushed would have benefited from a more structured training and support. Communication from leadership can sometimes feel abrupt
