Pros

I love the people I work with and really enjoy training clients how to use the software. It’s one of the best case management SaaS products out there. I’ve seen firms reach their full potential, changing the lives of their staff and clients to free them up more to do what they want, as a result of using it in a detailed, efficient and custom manner. I’ve gained confidence and perspective working here and believe it provides me with the experience to get where I want to be - whether that be with the company or elsewhere.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done as employees have to juggle multiple responsibilities. It’s a sink or swim environment and is up to the individual to take initiative.

Pros

The flexibility offered can't be beat. Unlimited PTO, the ability to work from home, easy access to upper-level management, decent benefits, great coworkers.

Cons

Things change a lot. It is a newer company, so they are still trying to find what works best. I understand that this causes a lot of upheaval, but I've worked for employers that I knew without a shadow of a doubt did NOT care about their employees. This is not one of them. Don't get me wrong; I didn't drink the Kool-Aid. The management does not always know what they are doing and I do not always agree with the decisions that are made either from an employment perspective or in the direction the software is going. But they are open to feedback and having difficult discussions regarding the consequences of their actions. I have worked with enough companies to be able to appreciate when an employer is willing to have open communication with their employees about difficult subjects.
