Beyond that, direct managers are graceful and understand the need for work-life harmony. I feel empowered to take time off when needed. Uncapped PTO doesn't hurt either ;) 5. Growing pains — many might see this as a negative, but because of Filevine's continued dedication to sustainable, thoughtful growth it feels like a positive to me. No company is perfect, but Filevine strives to maintain integrity and longevity of their people and product. Bonus: the people really are great.
