I've been here well long enough to see the company grow, evolve, and change. I have seen countless times where Filevine will push the industry, challenge the status quo, and continue to come out on top. I see people from across the entire company come together to solve problems and work together. I love working here. It's a highly collaborative environment where each individual is put in a place to make an impact.

Cons

It's hard to call this a con, but there is a high degree of expectation placed upon everyone. At the same time that there is high expectation there is also a lot of opportunity to make an impact and get promoted.

The people here are some of the great people to work with, they care about each other I love the hustle culture as it pushes you in your career, and provides a lot of room for growth The company has grown a lot and it's exciting to see where it's headed and to know there is a future If you put in the work your career path potential is unlimited, this is not a laid back company The office is in a prime area!

Cons

It would be good to hear from the CEO about the vision of the company and where we are headed in the future
