      - Company with a size where everybody's opinion is heard. - Working in a company that scales up like this gives an employee lots of interesting hands-on experience.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say working in Parrot has any particular cons. We work hard as all other successful startups do.

      - great management - workspace flow - team of well-experienced people - huge potential - multicultural place - loads of benefits - retreats, after-work events, barbecues, drinks :-)

      Cons

      There's no con at the moment for me, Joined the team few months ago, and everything seems good to me by now :-) I only miss people in the office in person
