Pros

it seems like we have a better product than most of our competitors. I think we’ve been doing well since Covid started.

Cons

Filevine’s response to Covid-19 has been terrible, I would even say dangerous. From the very start of quarantine, leadership made it clear that they want people back in the office as soon as possible. Yet they brag about the record sales months we’ve had while many have been working from home. So then why are they forcing teams back into the office during the height of the pandemic? Control. Filevine loves to micromanage. Unfortunately, the employees are partially to blame. Many believe that Covid-19 is a hoax and refuse to wear masks. Several employees have tested positive for Covid and leadership still makes everyone come into the office. It’s clear they care more about butts in chairs than our health.

Pros

Filevine is amazing. It's growing fast, which results in dynamic teams everywhere you look. Employees and teams put their best foot forward day in and day out. This is the company where you can plant your skills and truly grow. Team input is embraced, accountability is supported, and where the future of this industry lives. It's fun, you will notice people smiling and laughing, and genuinely interested in your well being. The benefits shine above the competition and they get better and better.

Cons

This is not the place to tune out of your business day and melt into the wall. Many projects and tasks require attentive problem solving, so if you love group think, then move along. The nature of a fast environment means owning your work and taking chances sometimes. If this isn't your style, then you may want to look elsewhere.

Pros

Filevine is a growing out of the start-up phase/mentality and is really starting to mature. As a result, there are a lot of opportunities to make a big impact and help to drive us forward. The people here are Filevine's biggest assets. There are a lot of really bright and talented individuals that can solve all kinds of problems. Everyone is quite approachable, and they all are willing to help teach each other. There is a "can do" attitude that is contagious here. The company has made major efforts to improve benefits and other offerings, and those will no doubt continue to improve. They do strive to make it a desirable business to work for.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to complain about Filevine. If I have to single out one thing, it would probably be around communication. Things happen quickly here, and it is easy for key logistical issues to get overlooked when certain teams aren't notified.
