      Pros

      Unlimited paid time off - Great leadership - Excellent team-members - Access to experience in multiple skill sets and professional areas - Sense of personal and professional growth

      Cons

      Work/Life balance can be rough depending on where you go in the company - Still some organizational changes that might need to be made as the company continues to grow - The only real constant here is change - Health insurance premiums are pretty pricey (but appreciated nonetheless)

      Pros

      Working at FV over the past 3 years has been a blast. If you want a place where you can really leave your mark it's here. Fast paced. Great Product. Dev Team is high caliber, probably some of the smartest developers I know. Product enhancements are awesome, customers love them. You can really be apart of the future here. Create the process, Drive success. It really is up to you. There is so much ahead for this product and company. Excited for the future! This is not a place where you can come and hide out and take home a paycheck.

      Cons

      Benefits are adequate, but will get better as company grows.

      Pros

      Been with the company for over a year. The owners and leadership are great and really want everyone to succeed in what they're doing. Although the company is young, and goes through the growing pains atypical of a startup, there is always a lot of excitement and teamwork going on. The departments work well together. Regular company meetings with supplied lunches and there's alway's snacks and drinks in the kitchen. It's awesome to be a part of something that is making a huge positive impact.

      Cons

      Like I said in the pros, there are things that happen with young companies that are just a part of the growing experience. Not all processes are in place, but they're getting there. The benefits package is good, but could be better. The nice thing about that is the owners are always looking to improve their offerings to the employees.
