Being part of Parrot has restored my enthusiasm for work. This is primarily due to the way the company is managed. Employees are highly valued here, which is reflected not only in the generous company benefits but also in the approach of the management towards them. Collaborating with other programmers is also very enjoyable, as I always receive constructive feedback that is always on point and helps develop my skills.

Filevine cares about putting their employees in the best position for them to innovate and succeed. The work is fast paced and exciting to be apart of. Leadership has done an excellent job are recognizing quality work which is very validating. On top of this I have enjoyed the work life balance that Filevine has provided which has overall made this an amazing place to work.
