      Pros

      I love working for Filevine, it has a great work-life balance. Engineering leadership focuses on results/output and not time working. The product is innovative for the legal space. The company is growing fast which gives a lot of opportunities for individuals to advance in their careers. Team organization and scaling are great. The management takes feedback seriously and tries to improve things based on feedback given.

      Cons

      The Tech stack is a little bit dated and can be cumbersome to dig through.

      Pros

      For engineering, everyone is remote. CEO that cares about the product and company Unlimited PTO (Managers are understanding of time off instead of guilting you into not taking time off) Not in a flashy building

      Cons

      Company benefits are lacking, for example insurance costs are higher than most companies in the area. There are a lot of growing pains with a company that is growing at the pace Filevine is.
