Some good people to work with, benefits are ok.
Cons
Secession planning is non-existent in IAQ division, only favorites are promoted even if others are more qualified. Very poor internal communication. Layoffs every year force doubling up on work loads with no help or increase in pay so stress is high. Very little if any employee appreciation events. No accountability for employees that cause negative cultures.
