Pros

A very good work life balance is something you can get here with WFH, & almost all major financial institutions as their clients.

Cons

1) Senior Management which itself keeps on changing every quarter or so has no clear visibility. 2) Lots of mergers and takeovers happening resulting in role redundancy. 3) Try not to stay for too long here as talent recognition is next to zero here. 4) No Bonus, no decent hike. 5) Internal training is next to NIL with no training team to take care of internal trainings and skill development, huge attrition rate and the org keeps on losing majority of highly skilled resources.
