Pros

- quick mail responses - clarity from start regarding everything - very nice people and culture - people here really want you to succed and become a better professional - Finastra started their journey to a skills based organization which was shown also in their recruiting process - the recruiting process was different from any other recruiting processes from Romania, because this one has a preliminary call where you can decide if you want to continue with them based on your requests, behavioural interview which was really unexpected (I wasn't prepared for one), and an assessment where you had to show how do you plan, followed by 3 questions to see how you adapt to change - my first day was awesome, my buddy came to pick me up from the reception and he is really friendly and helpful - my buddy established some meetings so I could meet the team world wide and made sure that I had all the informations I needed - for an entry level position the payment is above range and they have great benefits like unlimited vacation days and wellbeing apps - through this rotational programme I met on the onboarding Simon Paris, the CEO, spoked to him and he was so nice and created a safe space for us to be able to ask him questions, I really like him - in the programme that I am a part of, I will change roles after one year, so next year I will be able o experience another position in HR, gaining a better understanding of how HR works in Finastra

Cons

- too many onboarding sessions for this rotational programme
