Finastra offers so many opportunities for growth, both professional and personal. I have never worked in a company that encourages volunteering, so much so that they even look out for opportunities and make announcements, so all employees have the opportunity to get involved and make a change.

Cons

The work from home / hybrid regime makes it hard for people to meet and connect, even though it makes life much easier.
