      Management doesn't care about employees Current employees are being asked to train their replacements in India 3 reorganizations in 2 years Employees are always wondering when they will get let go As jobs are eliminated, current employees are being told to absorb the work somehow

      Decent benefits, plenty of PTO, great people!

      Cons

      They say they are flattening the organization, but keep adding levels of management. The top doesn't know what the bottom is doing. They say they are reducing silos, but giving each team separate goals leads to more silos. Strategy does not meet execution!
