Product management is almost non existent, stuck with old views or inexperienced juniors. Dev management is lacking in, well ..., management skills since most come from being developers and did not receive relevant management training or had a proper ramp up of such skills. All this leads to a lot of no future projects with poorly sized teams, bad synch between teams, poor actual business insight.

They say they are flattening the organization, but keep adding levels of management. The top doesn't know what the bottom is doing. They say they are reducing silos, but giving each team separate goals leads to more silos. Strategy does not meet execution!
