Good place to work for very friendly. A lot of company events. I don't see many people in the office because we have a branch office, but they make you feel welcome.

Cons

I-Power meetings just get in the way.

Excellent 401k if you plan on staying long-term Good Insurance Good bonus structure Great intern to full-time process Invest heavily in the development of their architect and engineer interns

Cons

Overall pay is low if you are not an engineer or architect - far below industry standard Culture is "cliquey"
