Conversion oriented and sales driven. You must be into sales and have strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and convert a conversation into a sale regardless of the situation (i.e. customers window shopping, store by the foot court, store in a low traffic mall, etc.) If not, there are disciplinary actions for performance which increases stress and employee satisfaction.

When I started we were a commission based store. The company went away from commission sales to hourly pay, which I believed discouraged Sales Associates.
