      Employee Discount, the people you work with on a day to day basis

      Cons

      Salary is basically at the poverty line for a manager. Training was horrible. Almost on a weekly bases we had to explain to our bosses why sales was down in certain departments when we didn't half the product in that department than the year before. The company is EXTREMELY reactive and not proactive. They will literally make you think it is your fault and you are not working hard enough and that is the reason why your store is failing. When 80%+ of the stores in the company are not hitting sales goals.

      Pros

      This was a decent retail job that taught those who were just getting their foot in the door to the workforce how to be sociable. It helped me a lot in that aspect.

      Cons

      Expect very low wage to start if you are a sales associate.

      Pros

      The hours are flexible which is nice. The work environment is fun and co-workers are great. The employee discount is also a nice perk and there are friends and family exclusive discount events every once in a while too.

      Cons

      Pay is low and raises are essentially nonexistent. Holiday pay is also hard to come by. Hiring honest employees can also difficult since some people just want to get hired so they can resell.
