      Teammates, peers, and benefits package are all pretty top notch, but Digital Leadership can use improvement.

      Pros

      401k match, talented colleagues, great environment to learn in, and great facilities. Very laid back at the Boulder location. Employees can pretty much come and go as long as they get their work done.

      Cons

      Pace of getting things done can be a bit slow sometimes. Leadership attrition has been poor the past year. There is little emphasis on intra-office processes. Leadership doesn't realize the importance of a strong foundation as it pertains to the codebase.

      Great place for someone with little to no experience.

      Pros

      Working in an upbeat and fun atmosphere is great. You're able to meet fun and intriguing people on a daily basis. If you're a person that loves to deal with the public its a great place. Also being in a fun segmentation like athletic footwear is great. Good product and always in the "know" about style and fashion.

      Cons

      Sales expectations without the proper development of stores and product. Management expects you to perform miracles with limited resources. The company also has a bad track record for on-going development of thriving stores, and neglecting those that need help. It's hard to create success without help from upper management. Also depending where you work there is no work life balance. Managers work every weekend and holiday. There is no type of rotation in place. When you want to take vacation something always seems to come up and you're not able to. There is a lot of fundamental changes that need to take place within the company.
